French Toast Uniforms - Didn't place order but had money
I placed my order August 12th and I sit here still with no uniforms.I used my German CC which apparently needed a 'special' form but not only was a not informed of this, I was emailed an order confirmation thinking my order was on the way (being shipped in the US).
I just spent FOUR hours on the phone long distance with them. Not only will they not admit their mistake, they have now given me three different ways to fix it. I'm not counting on my order coming through. This could have been fixed weeks ago with a little customer service but that is not their game.
Plus, now they are asking me to fork over my CC info via email. Will NEVER deal with them again.
I need this order at this point but no way will I do business with them again.
Monetary Loss: $150.
